Standard Shipping: 7-21 business days.

Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days

We're Closed on weekends and major holidays. Orders placed Friday after 10 A.M PST are not guaranteed to ship before the weekend and will not ship until at least Monday. Orders placed after 12 P.M PST Monday-Friday are considered to be received the next business day.

High Class Vape Co. is not responsible for items damaged in transit. High Class Vape Co. can not be held liable for any damages to person or property that may potentially ensue from the misuse or mishandling of any product or item purchased on Highclassvapeco.com.

Merchant only ships internationally for vape products where personal use vape products are allowed, which are Canada & Australia.

Due to order volume, please expect a 5-7 day Processing Time Before Being Shipped. ie: "2 Day Shipping" May take 7-12 business days to get to you due to our processing your order.

All International Orders (Including Canada): Due to customs checks, we can not guarantee shipping times for international orders. Please expect added delays that are at the discretion of the customs officials in your country. Vape Craft is not responsible for customs delays/order seizures due to ordering items forbidden for import to your country. 

Late Shipments

Due to high volumes of packages that the shipping carrier receives, please keep in mind that tracking information may not be automatically updated. While our shipping carrier offers reliable and expedient service, errors and delays may occur. Errors and delays caused by or as a result of the shipping carrier are not the responsibility of High Class Vape Co. and must be resolved by contacting the shipping carrier directly. We do not guarantee transit times, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
